Beveridge Williams were appointed by Water Living Pty Ltd to undertake subdivision of this cutting edge development.

The Bank Apartments in Southbank was a multi level building subdivision comprising 3 commercial tenancies, 360 apartments, 243 car parking spaces and 288 storage cages. Other facilities within the building include a gymnasium, pool and spa, business centre and lounge.

The Bank Apartments with their innovative design are an example of the sustainable and cosmopolitan living movement, whilst maintaining the heritage listed facade of the Bank of New South Wales.
