- To ensure project efficiency, Beveridge Williams will allocate a dedicated project manager to maintain the projects progress in such a way that reduces the risk of critical delays, while restricting costs.
- Smoothly progressing land development projects has become increasingly time intensive, requiring complex negotiations with an ever expanding list of referral authorities and their intricate design/reporting requirements.
- The project manager can lead Beveridge Williams involvement throughout the project and be available for any site meetings, general queries and advice whenever required.
- They can ensure that there is continual interaction between the project team by communicating frequently with the developer and consultants.
