The project at 7 Seymour Street involved the redevelopment of a run-down and out-dated commercial building into a modern, environmentally sustainable two storey office. The building is currently occupied by RGM Financial Group.

The project at 196 Franklin Street is a proposed five storey building (including basement car parking) accommodating commercial office space and nineteen residential apartments. The development seeks to define the northern edge of the central activity district, provide an active commercial frontage to Franklin Street and maximise the residential outlook over the adjacent Traralgon Creek parklands. A commencement date for construction has not yet been determined, however when completed it will set a new benchmark for mixed use development within Traralgon with its striking contemporary architectural design.
