Traffic Project Engineer - Malvern (Vic)

We are seeking a traffic engineer/transport planner to join our rapidly expanding team. If you are interested in working on Master Planning of significant health and education projects, assessment and design of future residential growth areas, or area wide transport studies, then we want you. Working within the traffic and transport team you will experience a wide range of projects from assessing town house and apartment developments through to 1,000+ lot subdivisions or even the staged design and delivery of PSP infrastructure.

You will undertake a key role in the team and work on range of projects where you will be responsible for the preparation fee proposals, traffic impact assessments, road network analysis, transport and car parking planning reports, and road and parking layout design.

You will demonstrate a high level of interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities and must possess excellent written, verbal and analytical skills. You will also hold tertiary qualifications in engineering (civil/transport/traffic) and have some project management experience. Experience in the use of computer software applications relevant to this role including AutoCAD/MicroStation, AutoTURN or SIDRA is desirable. Candidates with 3 to 6 years of relevant consultancy experience will be highly regarded.
